Acceptable Use Policy
The content, safety, reporting, and enforcement rules for using Movelume image and video generation.
Last updated: 2026-09-11
Using Movelume safely
These rules apply to the prompts you submit, the images you upload, and the images and videos you create with Movelume. Review them before generating or sharing content.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy explains how prompts, media, safety decisions, task records, and reports may be handled.
Your responsibility
You may use Movelume only for lawful visual creation. You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for every prompt, upload, person, brand, character, dataset, and intended use involved in a request.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated media before publishing, selling, sharing, or relying on it. A model accepting a request, a safety check returning no alert, or Movelume delivering a result does not make the content lawful, accurate, original, endorsed, or appropriate for your use.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Movelume to request, create, upload, store, publish, or help distribute:
- child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, trafficking, or any content that exploits or endangers a child;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, voyeuristic material, or sexual content involving a real person without a lawful and informed basis;
- credible threats, instructions or praise for terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, suicide, or abuse;
- content that targets a person or protected group with dehumanisation, hateful abuse, harassment, stalking, blackmail, or intimidation;
- fraud, phishing, impersonation, forged evidence, deceptive identity media, or manipulated media presented as authentic where that could cause harm;
- instructions or assets that materially facilitate weapons abuse, illegal drugs, human trafficking, malware, unauthorised access, evasion of security controls, or another serious crime;
- content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, biometric, contractual, or other third-party rights;
- private, confidential, biometric, medical, financial, or other sensitive personal material without the authority and safeguards required to process it;
- unlawful discrimination or automated decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, policing, or another high-impact area;
- spam, deceptive promotion, prohibited political manipulation, or coordinated abuse;
- any attempt to evade moderation, disguise prohibited intent, probe other accounts, bypass plan or credit limits, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or resell access without permission.
This list is not exhaustive. Content that is unlawful, creates a serious and foreseeable risk of harm, or violates the Terms of Service is also prohibited.
Safety checks
Movelume checks prompts, uploaded reference media, and generated results for safety. A request may be blocked or a result withheld if it does not meet these rules. If a required safety check is unavailable, generation cannot continue; follow the message shown on the page or contact support for help.
Safety systems can make mistakes. They do not replace human review, legal obligations, or your responsibility for the intended use. Do not repeatedly rephrase or resubmit a blocked request to evade a decision.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity, confidence, history, and legal context, Movelume may:
- block or refuse a request or result;
- limit, suspend, or terminate an account or feature;
- remove access to stored media;
- preserve the minimum evidence reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance;
- restore eligible credits when a generation fails and qualifies for a credit return;
- notify an affected provider, rights holder, authority, or law-enforcement body when required by law or reasonably necessary to address imminent serious harm.
Safety enforcement does not by itself promise a cash refund. Payment and credit outcomes remain governed by the Refund Policy, the applicable checkout terms, and mandatory law.
Report prohibited content or misuse
Report a safety concern, prohibited result, impersonation, rights violation, or suspected abuse through the Support page or email support@movelume.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days, with urgent credible threats prioritised where possible.
Include only the information needed to locate and assess the issue, such as the generation reference, account email, public URL, and a short explanation. Do not email passwords, API keys, full payment details, or additional copies of illegal or highly sensitive media. If a generation reference is sufficient, do not attach the media again.
Appeals and mistakes
If you believe a request, result, or account was restricted in error, contact support@movelume.com or use the signed-in support route. Include the generation or account reference and explain why the decision should be reviewed. An appeal does not permit repeated generation attempts or continued distribution of disputed content while review is pending.
Changes
Movelume may update this policy as its supported models, safety controls, legal obligations, and abuse patterns change. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where required, an additional notice.
