How Movelume handles account information, drafts, prompts, uploaded media, generated results, support records, and retention.

About this policy

This policy explains how Movelume handles information when you visit the website, use an account, prepare or submit an image or video generation, view your history, manage credits or a paid service, or contact support. “Movelume,” “we,” and “us” mean the service responsible for the activities described here.

Information we handle

Depending on what you use, we may handle:

  • Account information — your name, email address, sign-in status, profile settings, and security records.
  • Drafts stored on your device — selected files, prompts, and generation settings saved in your browser so that you can continue after signing in or reloading the page.
  • Generation content — prompts, uploaded source media, selected settings, safety-check results, generation status, generated files, and information needed to show and recover your work.
  • Credits and purchases — credit grants, expiry, use and restoration, plan or pack information, orders, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Support information — messages, ticket status, replies, and attachments you choose to send.
  • Technical and security information — request times, browser or device information, IP-based security signals, error records, rate-limit information, and records used to prevent fraud or abuse.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, or private media that is not needed to resolve a support request.

Drafts on your device

Choosing a file while signed out does not by itself upload that file to Movelume. The generator may save your selected file, prompt, and supported settings in your browser for up to 24 hours so that you can continue after signing in or reloading the page.

You can remove a local draft with the remove action in the generator or by clearing Movelume's site data in your browser. Your browser, device backup, or sync service may keep its own copies under its own settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • sign you in and protect your account;
  • prepare, price, submit, deliver, and recover the generation you request;
  • check prompts and media for safety, misuse, and legal risk;
  • maintain credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and accounting records;
  • answer support, privacy, security, and safety requests;
  • diagnose failures, prevent duplicate submissions or charges, and protect the service; and
  • meet legal, tax, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, it may include performing our agreement with you, taking steps you request before entering an agreement, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, complying with law, or consent.

AI and service providers

We use service providers for functions such as authentication, moderation, file storage, database hosting, model generation, email, support, and payments. We share prompts, media, settings, account details, or transaction references only when needed for the provider to perform that function, protect the service, or comply with law. A provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer prompts, uploads, or results to train a Movelume model. We also do not use customer content in Movelume marketing or public showcases unless the customer separately and expressly agrees.

How long we keep information

Different information has different retention periods:

  • drafts stored in your browser remain there for up to 24 hours;
  • uploaded source images are available for use in a generation for up to 24 hours after upload;
  • generated results remain available for 30 days for Free, pack-only, and Starter use, 90 days for Core, and 365 days for Max;
  • a rejected input is not retained as a usable media file, although limited safety and audit information may be kept for up to 30 days; and
  • account, generation, credit, purchase, support, tax, fraud, security, and legal records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose or a required recordkeeping period.

When an input or result reaches its expiry time, you may no longer be able to view or download it. Expiry controls access; removal from storage is handled separately and may take additional time to complete. We may keep limited records longer when needed to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. You should download any result you want to keep before the expiry date shown in Movelume.

Sharing and international processing

We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, payment or tax partners, authorities responding to a valid legal request, or a successor involved in a legitimate business transaction. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect users, Movelume, or others.

Some service providers may process information in another country. The privacy protections and rights that apply can vary by location.

Cookies and similar storage

Movelume uses cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, language and interface preferences, and local draft recovery.

We count visits to public pages with Pageview.app without asking you to enable analytics. This counting does not set analytics cookies or save a visitor identifier in your browser. We send a general public page address, without search parameters, private links, prompts, email addresses, uploads, or generated files. As with other website requests, the receiving service can see connection information such as your IP address and browser type.

Google Analytics runs by default without a pop-up and uses analytics cookies to help recognize returning browsers and understand visits and product steps over time. For visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies remain disabled and Google receives limited measurements without those cookies. If you previously declined Google analytics on this browser, we continue to respect that stored choice. You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Advertising measurement is a separate choice. If you allow it, Google may use advertising storage and advertising user data for measurement, while advertising personalization remains disabled. Movelume also stores a limited first-party attribution record in this browser for up to 90 days. It contains the first visit, the latest non-direct visit, safe campaign fields, the public landing path, an external referring domain, and an allowlisted Google click identifier (gclid, wbraid, or gbraid) when present. Campaign words containing spaces are normalized with underscores. We do not store the full referring URL, arbitrary query parameters, IP-derived identity, prompts, uploads, generated media, or payment-provider evidence in this record.

When you create a new account, we may save only the bounded first-touch source to that new account. When you start checkout, we may copy the current first-party attribution record into the order's own checkout record so a completed purchase can be assessed against the source seen before checkout. Payment status, amounts, transaction identifiers, provider responses, and refund evidence remain separate and authoritative. Direct returns, internal navigation, PayPal returns, and OAuth providers do not replace the latest non-direct source.

You can reject advertising measurement as easily as allowing it, and you can change or withdraw the choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer or the control below. Withdrawing consent switches future advertising storage and advertising user data to denied, clears Movelume's browser attribution record and accessible Google advertising cookies, and restores a query-free measurement page address. It does not rewrite an order record already created or aggregate reports already produced. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement remains off.

Microsoft Clarity helps us improve selected public pages through heatmaps and masked session replays. We exclude sign-in, account, settings, generation history and result, admin, and testing pages. Some visits are also excluded to keep information from private links or referring pages out of recordings. We do not deliberately send custom user identifiers, prompts, uploads, generated media, purchase details, or advertising events to Clarity.

If you previously declined analytics in this browser, Clarity remains disabled. Microsoft may use first- and third-party cookies or similar technologies on eligible public pages. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, cookie-based Clarity features require a valid consent signal; without it, Clarity operates in a limited mode without Clarity cookies. Microsoft can receive connection and device information such as IP address, browser, operating system, and screen characteristics. We use these reports to improve the site. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Browser or network blocking can prevent measurement. Clarity's masked recordings and reports are processed and retained under Microsoft's service terms. For questions or requests about this processing, contact support@movelume.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the use of, or delete personal information associated with you. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.

To make a request, email support@movelume.com or use the signed-in support ticket page. Tell us which account and information the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before completing it, and some records may need to be retained for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal reasons.

Security

Movelume uses private storage, access controls, encrypted transport, file limits, safety checks, and other safeguards intended to protect account information, inputs, and results. No service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or content has been exposed, contact support@movelume.com and do not include the sensitive value itself in your first message.

Children

Movelume is not designed for a child to use independently where parental or guardian consent is required. Do not submit sexual or exploitative material involving a minor, or private images of a minor without a lawful and appropriate reason. We may block or report such material where required.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Movelume changes. When a change is material, we will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@movelume.com or visit the Support page. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.
